About the role

  • Customer Service & Back-Office role supporting B2C operations in a sustainable startup. Engaging with customers, managing online shop and ensuring efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • You actively support our team in B2C customer service and back-office operations.
  • You take ownership of tasks and contribute your own ideas.
  • Handling customer tickets and returns in the B2C area.
  • Monitoring and tracking orders in the backend (including payment status).
  • Responsible for professional complaint management and service-oriented customer communication.
  • Maintenance of the B2C shop: adding new products, monitoring sale items.

Requirements

  • Some experience in customer service, back office, or e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Confident handling of online shop platforms and inventory/ERP systems.
  • Structured and reliable work style with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented manner with customers and partners.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data (e.g., invoicing and inventory maintenance).
  • Basic knowledge of newsletter/email marketing is an advantage.
  • Interest in and affinity for new technologies and use of various software solutions (esp. AI).
  • Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken.
