Responsibilities
You actively support our team in B2C customer service and back-office operations.
You take ownership of tasks and contribute your own ideas.
Handling customer tickets and returns in the B2C area.
Monitoring and tracking orders in the backend (including payment status).
Responsible for professional complaint management and service-oriented customer communication.
Maintenance of the B2C shop: adding new products, monitoring sale items.
Requirements
Some experience in customer service, back office, or e-commerce is an advantage.
Confident handling of online shop platforms and inventory/ERP systems.
Structured and reliable work style with a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented manner with customers and partners.
Comfortable working with numbers and data (e.g., invoicing and inventory maintenance).
Basic knowledge of newsletter/email marketing is an advantage.
Interest in and affinity for new technologies and use of various software solutions (esp. AI).
Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken.
