About the role

  • Performance Marketing Specialist at MGMA driving conversions through marketing campaigns across healthcare product lines. Collaborating with teams to enhance brand consistency and performance-driven results.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of bottom-of-funnel marketing campaigns across all product lines
  • Drive conversions and qualified leads through tactical execution of paid media, retargeting, email acquisition, and landing page optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement campaigns that align with MGMA’s digital strategy
  • Ensure brand consistency and performance-driven outcomes
  • Execute marketing campaigns and tactics
  • Collaborate with internal service providers and stakeholders
  • Coordinate and keep track of multiple projects and meet campaign deadlines
  • Generate and interpret campaign performance data
  • Assist in enforcing brand marketing guidelines
  • Work as a team player within the Marketing department and across departments
  • Create and execute successful and complex automated marketing campaigns
  • Update and manage webpages for specific product lines
  • Write, proofread, and edit copy and creative content

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required
  • Two (2) or more years in a marketing campaign planning and execution role is required
  • Experience with inbound and outbound, B2B and B2C marketing programs preferred
  • Experience in A/B (split-run) testing and familiarity with Google Analytics is strongly preferred
  • At least one year experience leveraging a full Martech stack to generate campaigns
  • Healthcare experience is preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
