- Provide functional leadership and drive the development of the recruiting team

Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or a related field with a focus on HR
- Professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition — ideally with leadership responsibility
- Experience building and optimizing recruiting processes, reporting structures and applicant tracking systems
- Confident presence with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Innovative mindset, self-motivation and strong organizational skills
