Responsibilities
Provide functional leadership and drive the development of the recruiting team
Ensure consistent quality standards and efficient processes
Responsible for interviews, direct candidate approaches, phone screenings, external agency management and reporting
Analyze and optimize existing recruiting processes and leverage modern tools and methods in applicant management
Contribute to initiatives that strengthen the employer brand
Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs
Support department trainees through interim and final reviews, onboarding and area presentations
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or a related field with a focus on HR
Professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition — ideally with leadership responsibility
Experience building and optimizing recruiting processes, reporting structures and applicant tracking systems
Confident presence with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
Excellent spoken and written English
Innovative mindset, self-motivation and strong organizational skills
