Responsibilities
Represent the SuccessFactors Recruiting team by researching, testing, configuring, and implementing SmartRecruiters functionality
Design, configure, and implement SmartRecruiters functionality to meet business requirements
Lead the testing, blueprinting, and implementation of selected third-party vendor technology with SmartRecruiters and SuccessFactors
Consult with key stakeholders to understand current and future business requirements
Lead the development of test strategies, creation of test data, and execute test scenarios
Ensure established work plans are followed and execute work packages to meet project objectives
Collaborate in a team environment and with all members of the HRIS unit
Requirements
Considerable experience in managing, configuring, and/or maintaining the SmartRecruiters, SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, and/or Employee Central modules
Considerable experience leading or working as part of a cross functional team
Considerable experience with end-to-end recruitment processes and activities in SmartRecruiters and/or SuccessFactors
Post-secondary education in business administration, human resources management, business analysis, systems analysis, etc., or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Project Management and/or SuccessFactors Expert SFX certification or accreditation is an asset
Working knowledge of HR practices, procedures and employment related legislation
