About the role

  • HR Analyst responsible for leading recruitment processes from start to finish for different business areas. Seeking candidates and improving processes in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for various business areas
  • Align behavioral and technical profiles with the hiring manager
  • Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct interviews to assess competencies and cultural fit
  • Proactively source candidates (headhunting) when necessary
  • Provide feedback and updates to candidates participating in recruitment processes
  • Develop and propose improvements to processes and to the HR area
  • Perform other duties related to the role

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience in Recruitment and Selection
  • Experience handling high-volume hiring
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
