Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for various business areas
Align behavioral and technical profiles with the hiring manager
Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct interviews to assess competencies and cultural fit
Proactively source candidates (headhunting) when necessary
Provide feedback and updates to candidates participating in recruitment processes
Develop and propose improvements to processes and to the HR area
Perform other duties related to the role
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
Experience in Recruitment and Selection
Experience handling high-volume hiring
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
