About the role

  • Administrative support role in IT team handling various tasks like invoicing and internal queries. Seeking organized individuals with a commercial background or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Obtaining and preparing quotations; recording and reviewing invoices
  • Processing IT staff requests and internal inquiries
  • Correspondence with external service providers
  • Contract management as well as maintenance of invoice, hardware and archive data
  • Management and ordering of office supplies
  • Support with mobile communication matters and IT travel expense claims
  • General administrative tasks within the IT department

Requirements

  • Vocational training as a retail salesperson (Kaufmann/Kauffrau im Einzelhandel) and/or several years' proven experience as an office manager
  • Strong practical experience in commercial administrative operations
  • Meticulous and reliable working style
  • Strong IT affinity and willingness to learn
  • Confident user skills in MS Office
  • Proactive, committed and able to work independently within a team
