Responsibilities
Support for the casino management
Handling telephone calls, emails and mail, incoming and outgoing mail
Internal communication
Preparation and handling of internal and external correspondence
Support in organizing/coordinating promotions, events and similar activities
Managing the administrative cash register
Coordination and liaison with suppliers and service providers

Requirements
Completed vocational training, ideally in a commercial/administrative field
Experience in a similar role
High degree of initiative and ability to work independently
Willingness to work outside regular office hours (e.g. evening events)
Excellent command of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
