Responsibilities

  • Support for the casino management
  • Handling telephone calls, emails and mail, incoming and outgoing mail
  • Internal communication
  • Preparation and handling of internal and external correspondence
  • Support in organizing/coordinating promotions, events and similar activities
  • Managing the administrative cash register
  • Coordination and liaison with suppliers and service providers
  • Personnel administration

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training, ideally in a commercial/administrative field
  • Experience in a similar role
  • High degree of initiative and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to work outside regular office hours (e.g. evening events)
  • Excellent command of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Confident and friendly manner
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Service-oriented approach and high reliability
  • Creativity and resourcefulness
  • English skills are an advantage
