Responsibilities
You process incoming messages and forward them to the appropriate department.
You assist with opening and updating customer accounts (e-commerce, Safety Data Sheet/SDS, etc.).
You help create and maintain customers' monthly subscription contracts (Spectro, Refinity, etc.).
You upload invoices to customer portals (CHORUS, CAT, etc.).
You monitor and follow up on customer billing-related claims.
You enter orders during peak activity periods.
You maintain contact with customers by phone and assist them with commercial terms, billing, and financial controlling when needed.
Requirements
You are studying for a Bac+2 or Bac+3 (equivalent to an associate's or bachelor's level) in Sales Administration or hold an equivalent qualification.
You have a good command of IT tools, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Organized and autonomous, you demonstrate strong teamwork and adaptability.
A good listener, you have strong communication skills.
You enjoy interacting with customers and sales representatives, especially by phone.
