Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls on assigned programs
Accurately enter claim information in electronic databases
Effectively communicate and understand program coverages
Adjudicate claims based on coverage limits
Make outbound calls to ensure consumer needs are met
Work directly with shops to help consumers receive their warranty benefits
Requirements
ASE or manufacturer certifications (Preferred)
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient computer skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication
Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/French) (Preferred)
Understanding of automotive repairs, shop procedures, diagnostic information, and tires
Background in the automotive industry: this could be previous employment as a technician, service advisor, parts person, or automotive warranty administrator.
