About the role

  • Assistente de Gente e Gestão at Construtora Tenda focusing on administration of personnel processes. Engaging in internal communication, training, and HR support.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out activities related to personnel administration processes, recruitment and selection, onboarding, termination and homologation, ensuring compliance with company policies, labor legislation and meeting the needs of the department and internal clients
  • Provide support to employees and leaders, assisting with compensation inquiries, union relations, benefits administration, vacation control and electronic timekeeping management, ensuring quality, agility and compliance in processes
  • Support internal communication, workplace climate, culture and engagement initiatives, contributing to strengthening the organizational environment and promoting the company's strategic directives
  • Execute and monitor training, financial postings, document control and management of departmental indicators, supporting decision-making and the monitoring of results
  • Support the Business Partner and the HR team in daily routines, working integrally with internal departments and contributing to operational and strategic efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or currently enrolled in a university degree in Administration, Psychology, Communication, Social Work or Human Resources
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Familiarity with HR service routines for addressing personnel-related queries such as payroll, benefits, timekeeping and other HR requests
