About the role

  • Perform payroll management and administration tasks at Comerc Energia, a leader in Brazil's energy transition. Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies while managing personnel documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and verify payroll closing, performing calculations, validations and assessment of labor-related charges, ensuring compliance with current legislation and internal policies.
  • Process and monitor hires, terminations and vacation records in mandatory systems, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines and established procedures.
  • Close out and manage the electronic timekeeping system, ensuring correct calculation of balances, entries and integration with payroll.
  • Process and monitor submission of ancillary statutory filings to the relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal requirements.
  • Review and administer employee benefits, ensuring correct configuration, entries and impacts on payroll.
  • Serve employees by addressing questions related to payroll, benefits, timekeeping and labor routines, contributing to a positive employee experience.
  • Support internal and external audits by organizing documents, gathering information and ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
  • Conduct the onboarding process, presenting policies, internal rules and guidance related to Personnel Administration.
  • Organize and maintain up-to-date files and documents for the area, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with Personnel Administration routines, including payroll, labor charges, hiring, terminations and vacation management.
  • Experience with payroll systems such as Totvs, ADP, Sênior, SAP or similar.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and statutory filings (ancillary obligations).
  • Experience with electronic timekeeping systems.
