Responsibilities
Apoyar al equipo de Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding en los procesos de selección y atracción de talento, participando activamente en iniciativas de employer branding y relación con universidades en Meliá Hotels International.
Apoyo en procesos de selección internos y externos (Corporate & Hotel Services – España).
Criba curricular, coordinación de entrevistas y preparación de informes de candidatos.
Soporte administrativo hasta la fase de oferta.
Colaboración en campañas de atracción de talento.
Apoyo en la creación de contenidos y materiales de employer branding.
Participación en visitas a universidades y escuelas.
Apoyo en la gestión y seguimiento de estudiantes en prácticas.
Colaboración en proyectos de digitalización de Job Descriptions y otros procesos de RRHH.
Requirements
Estudiantes de RRLL y RRHH, Psicología o similar.
Orientación a personas, proactividad, planificación y creatividad.
Residencia en Palma de Mallorca.
Disponibilidad para prácticas de 6 meses con convenio universitario.
