Senior Payroll Associate handling bi - weekly payroll and client inquiries within our People & Culture team. Collaborating closely with Payroll Services team to maintain accurate records and compliance.
About the role
- Senior Payroll Analyst in charge of payroll for up to 1,000 employees across EMEA. Ensuring accurate payroll processing while managing high-volume payroll responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the payroll vendor platform to process payroll for employees across multiple EMEA locations
- Enter, review, and validate payroll inputs, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and benefits deductions
- Manage and process special payroll cycles, such as bonuses, commissions, and equity awards
- Review and reconcile payroll reports each pay period to ensure accuracy of employee payments
- Partner with HR and Finance teams to streamline data flows and resolve issues related to employee data
Requirements
- At least 7-10 years’ experience in high-volume payroll processing
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and manipulation
- Additional desirable qualifications include proficiency with CloudPay or ADP payroll systems
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Accounting, Finance or Business.
