Responsibilities
- Own the employee experience:
- Run end-to-end payroll, benefits, and insurance processes with care and accuracy
- Manage core HR administration and ensure data is always up to date
- Be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers in the Paris office
- Be a guardian of compliance and trust:
- Ensure compliance with French labor law and internal policies
- Support social dialogue and collaborate with Legal on labor law matters
- Coordinate work permits, visas, and local regulatory requirements
- Support in various administrative and accountancy related tasks
- Support growth and development
- Prepare employment contracts and offer letters for new hires
- Help deliver smooth onboarding and respectful offboarding experiences
- Contribute to People Development initiatives and HR projects
- Shape our culture
- Promote MEDIAGENIX’s values and culture locally
- Co-organize team events and CSR initiatives
- Support change management and HR tool implementations
Requirements
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least **3 years of experience** in a broad HR role, including payroll
- Strong knowledge of **French labor law**
- A proactive, solution-oriented, and people-focused mindset
- Fluency in **French and English**
