Requirements

- A performance-driven mindset of ownership, persistence, optimism, and resilience
- Proven experience in high volume, agency recruitment
- Strong business development skills, calling clients to ascertain their locum and permanent recruitment needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills with a consultative approach
- Confidence managing a phone-based client portfolio across multiple stakeholders
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding placement, activity, and revenue KPIs in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
