Responsibilities
Provide service to a portfolio of moderately complex clients through in-person, phone and/or digital channels, ensuring each client is assisted according to their needs in an agile and accurate manner.
Deliver client support with attentive, dialogue-based interactions focused on understanding needs, to clarify doubts and provide necessary information regarding the coverage process for insured and non-insured benefits.
Assist clients with reimbursement requests and pre-authorizations via in-person, phone and/or digital channels, ensuring effective reimbursement of expenses incurred for services received outside the accredited network.
Carry out procedures required to perform market studies by collecting the data and information needed to complete quotation forms, with the aim of identifying the best terms and options for the client within the renewal timeline.
Prepare reports and/or presentations with loss ratio indicators by organizing data and performing quantitative and qualitative analyses, in order to present policy results to the client.
Identify improvement opportunities through process mapping performed during execution, application of procedures and workflows, with the aim of suggesting actions that enable continuous improvement in client service.
Perform other related duties inherent to the role as required by the area, including training, professional qualification and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields
Intermediate knowledge of Excel
Experience in the insurance sector with health and dental products and knowledge of current ANS (Brazilian National Supplementary Health Agency) regulations
