About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of less complex clients while ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Engage in contract negotiations and market studies for tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients (clients of lower complexity in terms of criticality, size, revenue and relationship) through actions that build a commercial relationship between the client and the brand, ensuring that all clients are served according to their needs in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Conduct contract negotiations and manage current policy coverages by tracking proposal renewal dates with each operator and/or insurer to ensure contract revenue is maintained.
  • Ensure relationship management between the client and the operator and/or insurers through regular alignments and monitoring of the services contracted by the client to guarantee operational efficiency and satisfaction with the contracted services.
  • Conduct negotiations with operators, insurers and/or the client by gathering the data and information required for the renewal process to ensure that adjustments fully address the client’s needs.
  • Prepare reports and/or presentations with key indicators by organizing data, information and quantitative and qualitative analyses to provide the client with policy performance results.
  • Participate in market studies by performing research aimed at collecting data to structure proposals, seeking options that fully meet the client’s needs within the renewal deadline.
  • Present market study results to the client through in-person meetings, phone calls and/or digital tools to demonstrate options that fully meet the client’s needs.
  • Complete all required controls for Market Study, Renewal, Adjustment, Commission and Brokerage, Health Management, Committees, Strategic Meetings, etc., by entering the necessary data and information to ensure delivery of the agreed scope of work with the client.
  • Identify improvement opportunities by mapping processes during execution, applying procedures and workflows, and suggesting actions that enable continuous improvement to continually enhance products and/or services.
  • Provide necessary support and service by supplying data and information related to products and/or services so that everyone can be served according to their needs in an agile and accurate manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of ANS regulations and rules, and insurable and non-insurable benefits in the SME segment
  • Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, logical reasoning, organization and negotiation skills
