About the role

  • Account Executive managing medium complexity client relationships at MDS Brasil through strategic actions and negotiations. Ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction in insurance and benefits sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a client portfolio (clients of medium complexity in terms of criticality, size, revenue, and relationship) through activities that develop a commercial relationship between the client and the brand, ensuring clients are served according to their needs in an assertive and agile manner.
  • Conduct contractual negotiations and manage coverages of active policies by monitoring renewal dates of proposals with each provider and/or insurer, to ensure contract revenue retention.
  • Ensure relationship management between the client and the provider(s) and/or insurers through alignments and frequent monitoring of the services contracted by the client, to ensure operational efficiency and satisfaction with the services provided.
  • Lead negotiations with providers, insurers, and/or clients by gathering the necessary data and information for the renewal process, ensuring adjustments fully meet the client's needs.
  • Prepare reports and/or presentations with KPIs by organizing data, information, and quantitative and qualitative analyses, to make policy results available for client review.
  • Participate in market studies by conducting research aimed at collecting data to shape proposals, seeking solutions that fully address the client's needs within the renewal timeline.
  • Present market study findings to the client via in-person meetings, phone calls, and/or digital tools to demonstrate options that fully meet the client's needs.
  • Complete all required controls for Market Studies, Renewals, Adjustments, Commissions and Brokerage, Health Management, Committees, Strategic Meetings, etc., by entering necessary data and information to ensure delivery of the agreed scope of work.
  • Identify improvement opportunities through process mapping conducted during execution, application of procedures and workflows, and propose actions that enable continuous improvement, seeking ongoing enhancement of products and/or services.
  • Provide necessary support and service by supplying data and information regarding products and/or services so that all stakeholders can be served according to their needs in an agile and accurate manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of ANS regulations and rules, account implementation and/or management of client portfolios in the middle-market segment, and insurable and non-insurable benefits
  • Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, analytical/logical reasoning, organization, and negotiation skills.
