About the role

  • Clinical Care Partner offering support and case management for employees and their families. Role based in North Carolina with remote work after training.

Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs and link them to providers or community resources
  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients and providers
  • Communicate via phone, video conferencing, and email
  • Provide excellent customer service including follow-up
  • Maintain case notes
  • Comply with procedures to ensure confidentiality and security (e.g., HIPAA)

Requirements

  • Master’s or doctorate degree
  • 3+ years’ post-masters experience in a mental health field
  • Clinical licensure in the state of North Carolina (associate-level will be considered)
