  • Senior Compensation Partner at Empower applying expertise in compensation design and administration. Collaborating with HR teams to optimize compensation programs and ensure legal compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Apply deep functional expertise in compensation design and administration
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to conduct job evaluations
  • Prepare compensation recommendations
  • Analyze pay programs and make recommendations to optimize or develop new programs
  • Develop project plans and monitor progress toward completion
  • Conduct market analysis and make recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years’ relevant experience in compensation
  • Global compensation experience is a plus
  • Strong experience with variable pay plans and job evaluation required
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Workday knowledge highly preferred
