About the role
- People Lead responsible for the disciplinary leadership of 25 talents in Pharma & Healthcare at MCI. Collaborating with operations leads and supporting personal development through L&D initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Disciplinary responsibility for approximately 25 talents in the Pharma & Healthcare area
- Primary point of contact for the team
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members
- Actively help shape the L&D portfolio
- Carry out performance reviews and conflict resolution discussions
- Work closely with the People & Culture team during the recruiting process
Requirements
- Several years of experience in disciplinary leadership of teams with more than 20 members
- Empathetic and decisive
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- AI-savvy and future-oriented
