Responsibilities
- Monitor transactions and operations to identify signs of fraud or irregularities.
- Analyze data and risk indicators and propose preventive actions.
- Prepare management reports with insights on vulnerabilities and trends.
- Implement policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
- Work collaboratively with Commercial, Legal, Billing, and Customer Service teams.
- Conduct investigations of suspected cases and recommend improvements to internal controls.
- Validate customer and consumer unit registration data.
- Perform entries and updates in CRM systems and internal platforms, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Support analysis of documents and evidence for data validation.
- Identify inconsistencies and propose improvements to registration processes.
- Meet deadlines and quality standards defined for registration, validation, and prevention activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or auditing.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work with deadlines and multiple concurrent demands.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM is a plus.
