About the role

  • Payroll Manager overseeing end-to-end U.S. payroll operations while supporting international processes at Match Group. Collaborative role with HR and Finance, working from Dallas office three days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage bi-weekly U.S. payroll processing end-to-end.
  • Support international payroll, including reviewing outputs and approving/releasing international bank files.
  • Review and reconcile payroll reports prior to final submission. Manage payroll close activities and reporting each pay period.
  • Lead payroll audits and provide documentation for internal and external requests.
  • Oversee year-end payroll reconciliation prior to outsourced W-2 processing.
  • Process equity vesting files, garnishments, off-cycle payments, and employee changes.
  • Partner with Accounting to support payroll reconciliations and reporting (no GL posting).
  • Maintain strong internal controls and confidentiality standards.
  • Serve as backup support for Canada payroll as needed.
  • Lead and develop a Payroll Analyst.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state U.S. payroll.
  • Experience supporting international payroll operations.
  • Strong reconciliation and audit experience.
  • Hands-on Workday Payroll experience (input, run, settle, off-cycle).
  • Experience processing equity and garnishments.
  • Strong Excel skills for reporting and tax support.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with HR and Accounting.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
