About the role

  • Commercial Operations Co-ordinator for Landscaping Products improving decision-making and operational excellence through analysis and optimization of commercial processes. Supporting the Head of Commercial Operations & Enablement to drive performance.

Responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role at the heart of our commercial decision-making
  • Support the Head of Commercial Operations & Enablement, helping shape systems and improve commercial processes
  • Strengthen customer confidence through operational efficiency and commercial growth
  • Act as a connector across teams and divisions, understanding how systems, processes, and data interact
  • Support the creation, analysis, and optimisation of commercial processes and systems

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of Marshalls’ business, systems, and processes across divisions
  • Broad cross-functional experience that offers both commercial and operational understanding
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with Commercial, Enablement, Finance, IT, and Marketing
  • Analytical capability with the ability to translate data into clear insight and action
  • Experience supporting commercial planning activities
  • Confidence to challenge constructively and drive continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Experience using our systems ERP, CRM, and reporting tools (e.g. AX, D365, Power BI is highly desirable)
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Strong alignment with Marshalls’ values and behaviours
