About the role

Responsibilities
- As a member of the OR team, you will provide support in both scrub (instrument) and assisting roles.
- You make a vital contribution within the interprofessional OR team, working with trust and mutual respect to ensure the best possible medical care for our patients.
- You are responsible for the preparation, turnover and stocking of our operating theatres.
- You participate in on-call and standby duties.
Requirements
- You have completed training as an Operating Room Surgical Technologist (OTA) (m/f/d) or hold specialist training as a nurse in perioperative/OR nursing, or you are willing to obtain this qualification in the near future.
- An additional qualification in surgical services or the willingness to undertake a part-time professional development course is desirable.
- You demonstrate the right balance of team spirit, initiative, calmness and assertiveness — close collaboration with other professional groups is part of everyday work.
- A professional work approach and enjoyment in working with patients.
