Oversee global ownership of core people processes including Talent, Learning, Core HR and Rewards
Lead Associate Experience (AX) function
Shape and deploy global service delivery model in collaboration with Digital Technologies
Build and lead a high-performing, inclusive team across Global Experience Operations, Process Ownership, AX and Continuous Improvement
Requirements
10+ years’ experience in HR or People Operations
5+ years in senior leadership
Proven expertise in global transformation, process design or service delivery
Strong technical knowledge in automation, AI/ML and HR systems (Workday a plus)
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and working across global, matrixed organisations
Lean Six Sigma certification or Business Process Management training (nice to have)
Background in Global Business Services (GBS) environments or Shared Services (nice to have)
