- Build and lead a high-performing, inclusive team across Global Experience Operations, Process Ownership, AX and Continuous Improvement
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in HR or People Operations
- 5+ years in senior leadership
- Proven expertise in global transformation, process design or service delivery
- Strong technical knowledge in automation, AI/ML and HR systems (Workday a plus)
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and working across global, matrixed organisations
- Lean Six Sigma certification or Business Process Management training (nice to have)
- Background in Global Business Services (GBS) environments or Shared Services (nice to have)
