About the role

  • Lead global People Experience strategy at Mars while overseeing core HR processes and team leadership. Drive research and enhance global service delivery model for a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the global People Experience strategy and roadmap
  • Oversee global ownership of core people processes including Talent, Learning, Core HR and Rewards
  • Lead Associate Experience (AX) function
  • Shape and deploy global service delivery model in collaboration with Digital Technologies
  • Build and lead a high-performing, inclusive team across Global Experience Operations, Process Ownership, AX and Continuous Improvement

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in HR or People Operations
  • 5+ years in senior leadership
  • Proven expertise in global transformation, process design or service delivery
  • Strong technical knowledge in automation, AI/ML and HR systems (Workday a plus)
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and working across global, matrixed organisations
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or Business Process Management training (nice to have)
  • Background in Global Business Services (GBS) environments or Shared Services (nice to have)
