- Business Process Senior Associate process requests within Insurance Operations team. Attaining mastery of business unit policies and reporting system issues.
Responsibilities
- Process and analyze transactions in line with the Service Level Agreement set with the Business Unit
- Attain Mastery of Business Unit Policies governing the transactions being processed
- Report all system issues that may affect the operations

Requirements
- At least 1 year data/BPO experience
- Undergrads with 2 years of data/BPO experience
- Basic knowledge with MS office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ability to compose grammatically correct, clear and concise communication
- Minimum keyboarding skills of at least 30 words per minute
- Knowledge of browsers and relevant computer applications
- Exhibits good navigation skills
