About the role

Responsibilities

  • Providing leadership and support to operations team
  • Building a high performing cohesive team through recruiting, coaching, and team building
  • Acting as the point of contact for escalated requests from customers
  • Identifying client needs and developing action plans for positive experience
  • Coordinating service in partnership with global teams to meet expectations
  • Implementing operational functions such as scheduling and quality controls
  • Participating in continuous improvement projects
  • Managing employee productivity and expense control to support financial contributions
  • Collaborating with global team members to understand and address client concerns

Requirements

  • Proven track record of attracting talent, motivating team, and driving employee engagement
  • Approachability, integrity, and commitment to values
  • Experience supporting client Service Level Agreements
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Group Benefits and AdminAdvantage is an asset
  • Quick learner with new ideas and technologies
  • Dedication to continuous improvement, digitization, innovation, and automation

  • Master communicator between technical and non-technical audiences

  • Bilingualism in English and French (proficiency in both languages required if based in Québec)
