About the role

  • Manage and develop sales for large multi-site customers at MANN+HUMMEL in air filtration. Focus on relationship management and achieving profitability in a $30M-$50M territory.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary business contact for new and existing large multi­ site customers
  • Manage a territory of $30M-$50M in sales
  • Negotiate and manage client contracts and agreements
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure purchase forecasts are aligned with production schedules
  • Responsible for the daily management of all accounts within the sales organization
  • Collaborate with internal and client Marketing, Product Management teams
  • Develops in-depth presentations
  • Analyze the client's business in relation to the market
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely consolidation of analysis
  • Provide regular updates to the Sales Director
  • Travel 50% of time for face-to-face meetings

Requirements

  • BS in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years' experience selling into HVAC, air filtration or similar channels preferred
  • Previous experience using Salesforce.com, or a similar CRM preferred
  • Organized and detailed oriented
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong financial background and strategic orientation
  • Strong technical background and varied product experience
  • Successful demonstrated sales experience
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Independent thinking and self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% in USA and Canada
  • Competency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Power point, Word)
