Responsibilities
serve as the primary day-to-day client partner for two key Beauty clients
take full ownership of client delivery work
analyze and synthesize point-of-sale (POS) sales, Consumer Panel, and market data
translate data into clear, actionable insights
plan, organize, and lead recurring client interactions
partner closely with teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams
deliver a consistently strong client experience
Requirements
5+ years of experience in market research or client service roles
hands-on exposure to consumer, POS, custom, and/or syndicated data
experience in Beauty, CPG, or Retail strongly preferred
experience with syndicated data platforms and data visualization tools (e.g., Circana/IRI/NielsenIQ) preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field
proven ability to independently manage multiple client deliverables and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
