About the role

  • Senior Manager driving business growth through insights for Beauty clients in consumer goods. Analyzing data to deliver actionable recommendations and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • serve as the primary day-to-day client partner for two key Beauty clients
  • take full ownership of client delivery work
  • analyze and synthesize point-of-sale (POS) sales, Consumer Panel, and market data
  • translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • plan, organize, and lead recurring client interactions
  • partner closely with teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • deliver a consistently strong client experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in market research or client service roles
  • hands-on exposure to consumer, POS, custom, and/or syndicated data
  • experience in Beauty, CPG, or Retail strongly preferred
  • experience with syndicated data platforms and data visualization tools (e.g., Circana/IRI/NielsenIQ) preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field
  • proven ability to independently manage multiple client deliverables and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
