Responsibilities
Responsible for maximizing market potential in your sales territory
Acquire new customers and advise them on technical matters
Prepare quotations including cost calculations, process orders, and oversee order fulfillment
Lead and supervise specialist site managers and senior on-site foremen
Conduct end-to-end contract and order negotiations
Monitor all construction phases through to final acceptance and invoicing
Requirements
Completed technician or master craftsman qualification, or commercial training with a technical interest
Knowledge and experience in interior fit-out
Ideally, previous sales experience in the interior fit-out sector
Confident user of standard MS Office programs, particularly Word and Excel
Additional knowledge of iTWO is an advantage
