About the role

  • Project leader for interior design sales in Kiel responsible for optimizing market utilization and managing customer relationships. Overseeing project execution and leading negotiation processes in the construction phase.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maximizing market potential in your sales territory
  • Acquire new customers and advise them on technical matters
  • Prepare quotations including cost calculations, process orders, and oversee order fulfillment
  • Lead and supervise specialist site managers and senior on-site foremen
  • Conduct end-to-end contract and order negotiations
  • Monitor all construction phases through to final acceptance and invoicing

Requirements

  • Completed technician or master craftsman qualification, or commercial training with a technical interest
  • Knowledge and experience in interior fit-out
  • Ideally, previous sales experience in the interior fit-out sector
  • Confident user of standard MS Office programs, particularly Word and Excel
  • Additional knowledge of iTWO is an advantage
