Responsibilities
Lead and manage the HR team, including two direct reports in recruitment.

Drive employer branding efforts and develop partnerships with universities and recruitment channels.
Review and improve recruitment processes and candidate screening practices.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct attrition analysis, identifying root causes and recommending interventions.
Review and guide workforce planning, organizational design, and structural improvements.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on people-related business issues.
Establish and enforce performance management policies and processes.
Guide department heads on performance evaluations, infractions, and termination procedures.
Oversee regional execution of performance management cycles, calibration sessions, and succession planning.
Collaborate with L&D to deploy leadership and capability development programs.
Support retention strategies by identifying and developing high-potential employees.
Provide guidance on complex employee relations cases, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations and corporate HR policies across regions.
Implement HR data capture systems to monitor departmental operations and workforce analytics.
Oversee rollout of corporate HR programs such as engagement surveys, DEI initiatives, and talent reviews.
Requirements
10+ years of HR experience with exposure across recruitment, core HR, succession planning, performance management, and talent retention.
Strong relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
Understanding of labor laws and compliance standards, especially in the Philippines.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Comfortable working in horizontal, open communication environments with collaborative decision-making.
Experience in high-growth or international matrixed organizations.
Generalist or HR business partner background rather than specialist-focused.
Experience guiding organizations on policy implementation, internal consulting, and professional development initiatives.
Age preference: 38–45 years to align with a young, agile leadership team.
