Responsibilities
Development, testing and optimization of high-performance creatives (especially video & UGC)
Independent scaling and management of our paid social campaigns on Meta
Continuous optimization of the entire funnel, from ad click through landing page to checkout
Close collaboration with the Creative & Content team, direct-response copy and CRO
Market and creative analyses, benchmarking and trend research
Requirements
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising (Meta)
Expertise in direct-response marketing for D2C subscriptions or e-commerce
Strong analytical skills and confident handling of performance data (e.g., CAC, ROAS, LTV)
Experience in conceiving and producing performance creatives (video & UGC)
Ability to work efficiently with the creative team and designers
Proactive, solution-oriented and independent working style
Team-oriented with clear, transparent communication
Fluent in German and English
Nice-to-haves: experience with Figma, Canva or other creative tools
Experience with automation processes (creative iterations, budgets, reporting)
Hands-on experience with paid social advertising on TikTok
Deep interest in current paid social trends, algorithm updates and new ad formats
