Responsibilities
Support the HR Director for Central Functions in implementing HR practices that directly fuel business growth.
Scout and synthesize timely information across all HR pillars (Organizational Development, Feedback, Employee Relations) to keep the department ahead of the curve.
Help drive the seamless execution of core HR cycles, including performance reviews, compensation campaigns, internal mobility, and exit interviews.
Analyze and interpret employee data (attrition, compensation, job grading) to provide proactive solutions and guide strategic decision-making.
Act as a right-hand to the HR Director, creating frameworks and roadmaps to deliver key transformation projects.
Requirements
You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program (HR, Business Administration, or related) and seeking a full-time 6-month internship or a 12-month apprenticeship starting January 2026.
A first experience in HR or Project Management (internship or university project) is a strong plus.
You are proactive, agile, and responsible, with a can-do attitude and the ability to handle confidential information with the highest integrity.
We are looking for someone eager to learn and ready to support long-term HR transformation initiatives and core HR cycles.
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and an analytical mindset to turn raw data into actionable HR insights.
Full professional fluency in English and French to communicate effectively with international stakeholders and local teams.
