Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted HR partner to business leaders and employees within the US&C region, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Lead and support talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain high-quality talent aligned with business needs.
Drive the execution of HR programs and initiatives that support regional business objectives and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and other stakeholders to implement best practices and continuous improvement in HR processes.
Support change management initiatives and organizational effectiveness strategies within the region.
Requirements
3 plus years of HR experience as a business partner or HR Generalist inclusive of minimum 1 year working in a unionized environment.
Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employment law applicable to the US market.
Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues and lead investigations effectively.
Experience partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and talent management tools to support HR operations efficiently.
