About the role

  • Human Resources coordinator at Vendi executing HR processes and supporting agency culture. Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining HR systems compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Execute core HR processes while supporting the broader people, culture and operations needs of the agency
  • Ensure a smooth team member experience—from recruiting through offboarding
  • Review applicant resumes and conduct first-round interviews
  • Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communications
  • Execute end-to-end onboarding for new team members
  • Maintain and update the team member handbook and internal HR processes
  • Support professional development initiatives, licensing and training administration
  • Lead and coordinate Vendi team events

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in human resources, operations or a related internship
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
  • Experience in media, marketing, advertising or creative environments is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organization, follow-through and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel required)
  • Experience with HRIS and applicable software (BambooHR, Basecamp, Harvest, Adobe suite) is a plus
  • High level of discretion, professionalism and trustworthiness
