Sales Operations Manager optimizing sales processes for Malt, Europe's leading freelance marketplace. Working closely with sales leadership in the UK, Spain, and globally to drive efficiency and growth.
Responsibilities
Drive Sales Efficiency: Lead key projects with country leaders to identify and implement improvements in sales processes and tools.
Process & Tool Optimization: Co-build, deploy, and refine global sales processes and tools within the local context, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth local performance analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to sales leadership and teams during weekly & quarterly business reviews.
Sales Portfolio & Target Management: Manage sales portfolios and targets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Training & Enablement: Deliver training programs for sales teams on new tools, processes, and best practices coming from the Global Sales Operations team.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in **Consulting** or **FP&A** or **Sales Operations**.
Strong **analytical skills** and **business acumen**, experience with sales data analysis is a plus.
**Hands-on**, likes to build tools and processes and follow up on their adoption by business teams. Proven track record of improving processes and driving efficiency.
**Proficiency with CRM** systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
Problem-solving, well-organized and solution-oriented, strong in change management.
Robust **project management** skills.
Excellent communication and **presentation skills**.
