About the role

  • Drive Sales Efficiency: Lead key projects with country leaders to identify and implement improvements in sales processes and tools.
  • Process & Tool Optimization: Co-build, deploy, and refine global sales processes and tools within the local context, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth local performance analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to sales leadership and teams during weekly & quarterly business reviews.
  • Sales Portfolio & Target Management: Manage sales portfolios and targets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Training & Enablement: Deliver training programs for sales teams on new tools, processes, and best practices coming from the Global Sales Operations team.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in **Consulting** or **FP&A** or **Sales Operations**.
  • Strong **analytical skills** and **business acumen**, experience with sales data analysis is a plus.
  • **Hands-on**, likes to build tools and processes and follow up on their adoption by business teams. Proven track record of improving processes and driving efficiency.
  • **Proficiency with CRM** systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
  • Problem-solving, well-organized and solution-oriented, strong in change management.
  • Robust **project management** skills.
  • Excellent communication and **presentation skills**.
  • English **Fluent**
