About the role

  • Sales Account Executive driving growth in enterprise accounts at Malt, Europe's leading freelance marketplace. Engaging clients and executing commercial strategies in DACH region.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically grow and manage a strong portfolio of enterprise accounts
  • Identify and engage prospective clients across the DACH region
  • Develop and execute targeted commercial strategies
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of compelling RFP responses
  • Onboard and enable new large enterprise clients
  • Optimize CRM processes and usage to improve efficiency
  • Coach and develop the sales team to achieve targets

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a B2B commercial or sales role
  • University degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in recruitment, SaaS, or IT & services preferred
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Highly autonomous, self-motivated, and results-driven
