About the role

  • HR Recruiting Manager shaping in-house recruiting and candidate experience at MAIT. Advising on recruiting processes and engaging with new talent in IT companies.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in shaping in‑house recruiting
  • Advise specialists and managers at every stage of the recruiting process
  • Create a compelling candidate experience
  • Manage job boards and external recruitment agencies, and handle contract and salary negotiations
  • Collect and analyze recruiting KPIs
  • Support projects to strengthen our employer brand
  • Accompany new employees and support departments during onboarding

Requirements

  • Experience in end‑to‑end recruiting — from the first candidate contact to successful hiring — ideally in IT or technology‑driven companies
  • Confident presence, decisiveness, and enthusiasm for proactively driving processes
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a good sense for people and talent
  • Solid understanding of modern in‑house recruiting structures and a desire to further develop them
  • A degree or comparable qualification in HR, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field
