Responsibilities

  • Operate confidently without over-detailed briefs
  • Translate direction into action
  • Spot gaps, propose solutions, and move work forward
  • Balance creativity with commercial thinking

Requirements

  • Experience in a marketing or growth-focused role (agency or in-house)
  • Hands-on knowledge of paid ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads)
  • Experience managing organic social channels
  • Familiarity with CRM and email platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar)
  • Strong copywriting and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Nice to have (but not essential):
  • Marketing or communications-related degree
  • SEO knowledge
  • Experience working with creative teams or agencies
