Hands-on knowledge of paid ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads)
Experience managing organic social channels
Familiarity with CRM and email platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar)
Strong copywriting and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and spoken English
Nice to have (but not essential):
Marketing or communications-related degree
SEO knowledge
Experience working with creative teams or agencies
