About the role

  • Head the marketing function at Theodo: define strategy, manage the team and deliver high-quality brand and demand-generation programs. Measure impact, optimize spend and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • 🎯 Main mission:
  • The Head of Marketing is responsible for the strategy, performance and overall consistency of marketing across the Theodo group. Acting as the chief conductor, they lead the marketing team, oversee the annual plan, ensure the quality and coherence of deliverables across all touchpoints, and optimize acquisition, brand awareness and retention levers.
  • They ensure that every communication, campaign or activation reinforces Theodo's position as a leading player in digital consulting and services.
  • 🏁 Key responsibilities:
  • Management & Governance:
  • Lead, coach and develop the marketing team (digital, content, video, design, press relations, events, social media).
  • Ensure implementation of the annual marketing plan and adherence to the associated budget.
  • Define and evolve standards of quality, speed of execution and brand consistency.
  • Monitor performance and prioritize initiatives according to business impact.
  • Strategy & Oversight:
  • Design and track the global marketing strategy (branding, digital, influence, customer stories, ABM…).
  • Build and run a “marketing factory” capable of continuously designing, producing and delivering assets to quality standards.
  • Identify and activate new visibility and acquisition levers targeted at clients and employees.
  • Allocate marketing investments based on performance indicators (cost / ROI / reach).
  • Ensure message coherence and relevance across all channels (website, social, PR, events, digital campaigns).
  • Execution & Quality:
  • Approve the quality of productions (press releases, videos, campaigns, newsletters…).
  • Supervise preparation for client shoots (brief, storytelling, logistics).
  • Ensure editorial and visual quality and consistency across all materials.
  • Develop and present marketing and creative recommendations to the Executive Committee.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
  • Produce a quarterly global report of actions and results.
  • Measure the effectiveness and profitability of activations.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities (processes, tools, talent, methodologies).

Requirements

  • Proven experience (minimum 7–10 years) in B2B marketing within a consulting firm, IT services company (ESN) or SaaS environment.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Solid digital background with a taste for storytelling and high-value content.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ownership, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented with a preference for measurement and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French / English).
