Responsibilities
Work as an integral part of our development team to design robust and efficient eCommerce applications.
Be involved in the full cycle of planning, developing and testing web applications using both traditional coding and AI assisted approaches.
Work on exciting projects, fixing software bugs and developing new features with the help of modern AI development tools.
Learn to effectively use AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code and other emerging tools to accelerate your development.
Experiment with new AI tools and share your findings with the team during our regular hackathons and learning sessions.
Be mentored and coached by experienced developers who will teach you both solid coding fundamentals and smart AI integration.
Have dedicated and scheduled learning time and one to one training sessions every week so you can develop your skills in coding and AI fluency.
Undertake and fully commit to learning, be that through our SMART learning plans, technical induction process, or other training and experimentation sessions.
Requirements
You have a passion for IT, tech, web and eCommerce development.
You are able to work at the command line in a Linux environment with open source technologies. You have solid educational and hands-on practical experience using Object Oriented programming.

You have active experience using AI coding agents (Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar) in your development work.
You can demonstrate thoughtful use of AI tools - knowing when to use AI assistance versus traditional coding approaches.
You understand how to write effective prompts for code generation and can critically evaluate AI-generated solutions.
You have experience integrating AI tools into your development workflow, not just occasional use.
You will have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
You are familiar with version control systems (Git) and have familiarity with eCommerce platforms.
You will have a positive can-do attitude, as well as the motivation to work hard and build upon your current skillset.
You're excited about learning new AI development tools and sharing discoveries with the team.
