About the role

  • HR Analyst supporting business leaders in people management strategies and engagement at M. Dias Branco, a leading food industry in Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Support business leaders in the milling business in strategic decision-making on people management, development, climate and performance.
  • Support the implementation of engagement and talent retention initiatives.
  • Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, training hours and NPS.
  • Participate in corporate projects and strategic Organizational Development initiatives; collaborate on diagnostics, execution of actions, analysis of results and rollout to the business areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (completed).
  • Postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in HR or related areas.
  • Experience as a Business Partner (BP).
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Experience working in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
