Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Systems or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, continuous improvement or HR data analysis.
Basic/intermediate knowledge of HTML.
Proficient in Power BI, data analysis tools.
Ability to interpret metrics and indicators.
Organizational skills, attention to detail and focus on results.
