About the role

  • HR Administrator coordinating continuous improvement projects in HR. Involves report development, process optimization and general HR data analysis in Monterrey, Mexico.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and follow up on continuous improvement projects within the HR area.
  • Develop reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) using Power BI or other tools.
  • Support in the digitization of internal processes, workflow optimization and basic automation.
  • Interpret data and information to generate clear, timely reports with high analytical value.
  • Provide basic maintenance to internal portals with knowledge of HTML.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives and provide document support to internal processes.
  • Ensure the correct organization, control and archiving of the area's information.
  • Provide support in internal and external audits ensuring document traceability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Systems or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, continuous improvement or HR data analysis.
  • Basic/intermediate knowledge of HTML.
  • Proficient in Power BI, data analysis tools.
  • Ability to interpret metrics and indicators.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail and focus on results.
  • Intermediate English (desirable).
