Responsibilities
Conduct on-site visits and provide online support to Smart's clients, managing payroll closing processes, mandatory submissions, and clients' internal HR activities;
Optimize clients' internal processes, focusing on improving payroll closing activities and Human and Organizational Development (DHO);
Support the creation of documentation to structure HR department activities;
Conduct recruitment and selection processes for Smart's clients;
Work with HR outsourcing and HR implementation projects;
Requirements
Must have own car
Knowledge of all personnel/HR administration routines such as hiring/onboarding, mandatory filings, electronic timekeeping closing, benefits administration, occupational health (medical exams), and labor calculations;
Up-to-date knowledge of labor/employment legislation;
Experience in HR consultancy is a plus;
Comfortable with and enjoy a routine that includes on-site client visits;
