About the role

  • HR Analyst in a BPO context supporting clients with payroll processes. Optimizing internal processes and conducting recruitment and selection for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site visits and provide online support to Smart's clients, managing payroll closing processes, mandatory submissions, and clients' internal HR activities;
  • Optimize clients' internal processes, focusing on improving payroll closing activities and Human and Organizational Development (DHO);
  • Support the creation of documentation to structure HR department activities;
  • Conduct recruitment and selection processes for Smart's clients;
  • Work with HR outsourcing and HR implementation projects;

Requirements

  • Must have own car
  • Knowledge of all personnel/HR administration routines such as hiring/onboarding, mandatory filings, electronic timekeeping closing, benefits administration, occupational health (medical exams), and labor calculations;
  • Up-to-date knowledge of labor/employment legislation;
  • Experience in HR consultancy is a plus;
  • Comfortable with and enjoy a routine that includes on-site client visits;
