Responsibilities
Assist and onboard customers with the technical details of the trading software
Answer customers' product-related questions about financial instruments via phone and email

Requirements
Interest in and, where applicable, experience with international financial markets and products (e.g., through personal trading or related academic content)
Confident communicator when dealing with customers — experience is an advantage
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken — contact with our partner is in English
