About the role

  • Working Student Support Agent assisting customers in understanding trading software and addressing financial product inquiries via phone and email. No sales calls involved, customers approach the support team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and onboard customers with the technical details of the trading software
  • Answer customers' product-related questions about financial instruments via phone and email
  • There are no sales conversations or cold calling — customers approach the support team

Requirements

  • Interest in and, where applicable, experience with international financial markets and products (e.g., through personal trading or related academic content)
  • Confident communicator when dealing with customers — experience is an advantage
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken — contact with our partner is in English
  • Proficient with Office applications
