Responsibilities
Provide remote support to system users;

Requirements
Experience with ERP and POS systems;
Certifications in technology/IT;
Knowledge of TEF (electronic payment integration) and fiscal invoices;
Bachelor's degree in IT, in progress or completed;
Availability to work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM;
Previous experience in remote customer support;
