Responsibilities
Provide customer support by troubleshooting and solving product customer issues by the phone, chat, and email in English and Spanish.
Work as the company liaison to the customer for topics focused on PLCs, Switches, Industrial Communications, and Software like SCADA and MES.
Evaluate and approve the operational quality of system equipment by asking related questions.
Communicate effectively with customers and management.
Maintain adherence to company policies.
Requirements
Technical degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering or similar.
2+ years experience in industrial automation with particular focus on SCADA, MES, PLCs and Networks.
English and Spanish proficiency.
Experience troubleshooting customer issues via phone, chat, or email.
