About the role

  • Technical Support Engineer providing bilingual customer support focused on PLCs and SCADA at Rockwell Automation. Working with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support by troubleshooting and solving product customer issues by the phone, chat, and email in English and Spanish.
  • Work as the company liaison to the customer for topics focused on PLCs, Switches, Industrial Communications, and Software like SCADA and MES.
  • Evaluate and approve the operational quality of system equipment by asking related questions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and management.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies.

Requirements

  • Technical degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering or similar.
  • 2+ years experience in industrial automation with particular focus on SCADA, MES, PLCs and Networks.
  • English and Spanish proficiency.
  • Experience troubleshooting customer issues via phone, chat, or email.
