Responsibilities
- Participate in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations and rollouts
- Configure, support, and maintain SAP Payroll solutions
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM / SF Payroll solutions
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure end-to-end payroll processes
- Support testing activities, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Provide guidance and best practices for payroll and HR process optimization
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company standards
- Act as a reliable point of contact for stakeholders, demonstrating accountability and ownership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Extensive experience in SAP Payroll implementations
- Consultant profile with a proactive attitude, strong soft skills, and accountability
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (advanced level).
