About the role
- HR Manager leading HR team and strategic projects at Brand Masters, a growing FMCG partner in Breda. Focused on structuring HR for corporate growth and employee development.
Responsibilities
- Je stuurt het HR team dagdagelijks aan en zorgt voor structuur, duidelijke prioritering en professionele groei binnen het team.
- Je leidt strategische HR-projecten zoals MTO, talentmanagement, oprichting Brand Masters Academy en Pensioen.
- Ontwikkelt en implementeert HR-beleid conform wet- en regelgeving en o.b.v. van de organisatie behoeften.
- Adviseert managers over uiteenlopende HR-thema’s zoals organisatieontwikkeling, verzuim, performance en leiderschap.
- Je pakt een actieve rol in employer branding en werving & selectie.
- Initieert en realiseert verbeteringen die bijdragen aan werkgeluk, duurzame inzetbaarheid en een toekomstig bestendige organisatie.
- Je begeleidt en adviseert bij complexe trajecten zoals uitdiensttreding, reorganisaties of casuïstiek en schakelt waar nodig met externe adviseurs.
Requirements
- Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van HRM of Bedrijfskunde.
- Je hebt minimaal drie jaar leidinggevende HR ervaring in een commerciële omgeving.
- Je bent 32 tot 40 uur beschikbaar.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het leiden van complexe projecten, verandermanagement en stakeholdermanagement.
- Je bent ondernemend, schakelt snel tussen strategie en praktijk en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
- Kennis van AFAS en Recruitee is een pré.
